Blend 1/2 lb melted butter or margarine, 2 Tbsp flour. Add 1-1/2
Cups white wine, 2 Tbsp lime juice. Heat. Place trout into baking
dish or pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; pour sauce over fish.
Cover: Bake 10-15 minutes at 190C/375F basting 2 to 3 times. Add 3/4
C light cream, 18 oysters, peeled shrimp. Bake covered 20 minutes or
until shrimp are cooked.
