Salmon is are often so flavorful that the most simple recipes are
often the best. The recommend cooking time for fish is 10 minutes per
inch of thickness on the stovetop.
Salmon delivers more of the omega-3 fatty acids that help keep
your heart strong and healthy. The past decade has shown that these
fatty acids may also strengthen the immune system and eyesight, and
even improve mental health.
These health benefits have helped inspire us to more than triple our
consumption of fresh and frozen salmon in the last 15 years. The
only fish we eat more of are shrimp and canned tuna. Whether
grilled, seared, broiled or made into burgers or cakes - you can't
go wrong with salmon.
